Celestial lost interest of the cave and started following Kodiak, yelping with excitement, she chased after his tail.

Hina looked around and sighed. She watched the wolves walk away. "Well, i guess i'll go." She whispered to herself and started to walk on the ground. The rocks were crushing under her paws. Hina only continued to walk.

Nyla lay in her small cranny,slowly becoming sicker and sicker.Kodiak was nowhere to be found, and Nyla was running out of time to say goodbye.

Kodiak paused outside the cave.As he entered,the scent of sickness filled his nose and overwhelmed him.He ran over to where Nyla had made her den and peeped inside.Nyla lay curled in a small ball on the cave floor.Kodiak gasped.A large white wolf stood over her,watching.Kodiak sniffed the air.The wolf smelled of snow,rock,and all the seasons combined.The realization hit Kodiak.Nyla was dying.

((Okay people,since Nyla can't be totally active,she volunteered to be our first spirit,and we have all of this planned out,so try not to interfere too much Smile

"I was born with shame,but I shall die with dignity."

Nyla peered up at Kodiak's looming face.It was full of sadness and sorrow."Don't worry,I'll be okay with Luba," She rasped.Her pelt seemed to shrink against her frame.Nyla's breathing slowed and her heartbeat grew dim.Luba's clear white pelt shimmered beside her.He was clearer than ever.

As Nyla's breathing faded farther,she knew one last thing had to be said. "I love you," She breathed.Her last words echoed in her own mind as she slipped away into darkness.

Kodiak stood staring at Nyla's lifeless body.Her words echoed in his churning mind.His ears lay flat against his head as he noticed the white wolf still standing beside Nyla's corpse.Kodiak glared at him as his form began to fade.The spirit's light yellow eyes shimmered with what seemed to be sadness.

Kodi's eyes dragged away from the vanishing wolf and back to Nyla.He pressed his face into her fur and lay down beside her.The whole of the crevace stank of death;Nyla's fur had gone cold and only a slight scent clung to her body.Kodiak sighed with sorrow,and got up.He stumbled out into the main cave and collapsed onto the dirt floor.

Hina looked at the body emotionless. "What a weak wolf." She thought as her alpha's words echo in her mind. Hina shook her head in dissapointment and sighed. She looked at Kodi. She then thought again. "Weak." and walked away to the entrance of the den. Hina looked around and heard a soft and quiet voice.

"So, how do you think of a wolf dying. Do you care?"

Hina-Ichigo's voice traveled to Hina, in a non caring tone. "Why do you ask. You don't care do you?" Hina thought back, hoping for a reply.

"Well of course I don't care. They are a natural enemy to us cats."

Hina-Ichigo said again and then stayed silent for a long time. "Interesting." Hina whispered to herself and walked out of the den to find a compfy spot for a sleep.

Kodiak looked up at Hina and grunted.He got up and brushed past her,unsure of where to go.The gray-brown brute growled softly and chose a direction at random,running out of the cave.

Hina looked at Kodiak at the corner of her very eyes. She grunted quietly and moved out of the cave. When she reached the entrance, Hina looked back at Kodi and the dead body, then walked to Jakar Plains, where someone waits.

Celestial walked with her head up high, pretending that she was royal, following Kodiak to the cave, she sniffed the air, her nose picked up a repulsive smell, Cece made a scowl face,"Ew Yuck what's that smell?" said Celestial.

The fae dire wolf padded along the terrain then she spotted the cave and entered at ease, glancing around. She grunted as she caught a rotting smell and scoffed, "Smells like something was dying here for a few days" she says slowly. her optics peered around, trying to align where the scent was coming from.

Kodiak was aware of the wolves coming into the cave.He hunched his shoulders and blocked the small crevace where Nyla's body lay.He would remove the body later,once prying eyes were away.This was something he must do alone.

She lowered her cranium sniffing then spotted the brute approach. She cocked her head a bit and proceeded on turning slightly towards the cave and surveys the inside for a bit. She stepped lightly and sighed to herself, blinking and sat down.

Kodiak lifted his head as he spied Rain. Must have decided to stay, He thought.Then his gaze shifted to Hina."Hina," He called to the light gray she-wolf, " Would you be so kind as to take Celestial hunting.She might as well learn sometime," The brown-gray brute said,jerking his muzzle to the small white fae.

Celestial's ear purked up,"Hunting?", "An Adventure!" thought Cece. She gave a yelp,and started to hop around, giving a soft growl, she let her limps stand into a pause, giving a smirk she said," Come on Hina! Let me bring down those elks, I'll tear every shed of there coat." Celestial gave a maniacal laugh, her azure pools flicker with excitement.

Hina nodded and started planning. She thought that Jakar Plains might have a nice source of food.

" Come on Hina! Let me bring down those elks, I'll tear every shed of there coat."

Hina glared at Cece "Noisy." She thought and decided to go back to Jakar Plains.

The fae glanced around, her receptors perking to the sounds coming from the cave, and listening to the others leaving. She grunted lowly and settled down among her torso, her fore paws crossed in front of her. She peered over where the brute was, and said calmly "I thank you again, for allowing me to stay" her lobes flicked in a silent greeting, as she continued raising her head slightly "The name's Rain".

Kodiak shifted slightly.He shoved back his ears and extended a paw toward his newest pack member,"My name is Kodiak," He said,his head still down.Lifting it to look the fae in the eyes he added, "Most call me Kodi.You may accompany Hina and Celestial so you can have a short view of the territory,"His eyes flickered towards the entrance to the cave.

She glared at the brute for a brief moment then towards the mouth of the cave. The Dire wolf slowly rose up to her paws and shook herself out gingerly, as she peered back over towards him and responded,"Kodi you say? Alright that is what I'll call you then" as she inhaled again, blinking and not very familiar with that stench she started to pad forth."Thank you, I mind as well be... familiarized with my uh..surroundings" she said as she came to the entrance. Glaring around she whiffed the air and followed the scent of the others.

Kodi sighed.He now needed to dispose of Nyla's body.Sighing again,he sauntered over to the crack where the body lay.He grasped loose fur on the back of the neck and pulled the corpse out of the den. Kodi dragged the body outside to a soft patch of ground.He started to dig a small grave and it was eventually deep enough.The brute dragged the body into the hole and covered it over with dirt.Muttering under his breath,Kodi returned to the cave and lay down in the open space,awaiting the return of his packmates.

Returning from the hunt,when Celestial came near the cave, her nose recognizing the scent of Kodiak, she gave a little bark and rushed in the cave entrance, when she saw the brute lying in the den, she smiled at him, and said," Kodiak! Look what Hina and Rain got!" Celestial began jumping up and down around the Alpha male, waiting to see what he was gonna say.

As they returned to the cave she shook her pelt gingerly then stepped lightly holding the elks limb in her jowls. The lass held it for a moment as she lowered her cranium and dropped the end onto the cave ground, her nostrils flared and she sat amongst her rear and awaited for the brute to see the catch.

Hina let go of the elk. She looked around and quietly waited for Kodi to turn to see their little prize. Hina sniffed the dead body and started ripping the fur and skin off, revealing flesh. Hina licked her lips and digged in from the elk's flank, not caring about waiting for the others. "Eat." She said to Celestial and continued to feast.

Rain perked her receptors slightly as Hina dropped the elk body and started to feed herself from the carrion. As she watched for a moment she laid down aside and waited patiently for them to finish and satisfy their hunger as she didn't mind the wait, she was normally the one to gather the scraps left behind or find a decent bone still having the meat hooked on. A string of drool dropped from her maw slowly as she laid her cranium upon her fore paws, eyes peering up at the cave and all around.

Kodiak admired the catch from the sidelines as the others fed.His pack was now fully functional,though they would need to be trained to the land but with a bit of work,they would be in working order.Kodi flicked his ears and sat awayfrom the others, silently letting them feed.
